The Grand Ballroom's elegant crystal chandeliers, pressed tin ceiling, and French doors deliver charm and elegance to any wedding with a capacity of 150 for a plated dinner or 170 for a cocktail reception. Restored to its 19th-century charm, this 2,500-square-foot ballroom housed the original Opera House of McKinney from 1885 until 1923. The Grand Ballroom is an ideal venue for your reception and can also host your ceremony. Coupled with an option to reserve the entire hotel, any bride and groom can provide a night to remember.

Rick's 110 is our private dining and meeting space with its own entrance through our lobby. This flexible space can accommodate 60 guests for dinner, and host a cocktail-style reception or a presentation-style event for 75. Rick's 110 offers privacy and elegance with floor-to-ceiling mahogany wood walls, climate-controlled wine racks, a private restroom, a private bar, and six commissioned paintings celebrating the history of McKinney.

The Wine Room houses our global wine list in floor-to-ceiling oak racks. This private space is also a working wine room and can seat up to 12 for a meeting or up to 34 for a seated dinner.

The Library surrounds you with cookbooks which are the owner’s favorites. This comfortable space can seat 14 guests for a meeting, or up to 28 for a seated dinner event.
